Spicy Smokey Margarita
1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 ounce Cointreau
2-3 jalapeño dimes, seeds removed
Lime wedge
Tajin
Grilling plank
Burn the grilling plank with a butane torch and place a chilled cocktail glace over it. While it is smoking, muddle the jalapeño dimes in a shaker. Add the liquid ingredients and give a vigorous ten second shake. Rim the edge of the glass with tajin. Strain into smoked glass and garnish with lime wedge.
